PPTP/ MPPE o. CIPE:
128 Bit encryption with RC4-Algorithm, already integrated in Microsoft® Windows.
Same technique as the freshly announced (10/2005) Google(TM) VPN

e.g. TLSv1/SSLv3 DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA, 1024bit RSA or 2048bit PSK
IPSEC:
